Products and suppliers
Products listed through ASC or an ASC-authorized commerce site, and approved suppliers participating in the ecosystem.
OKMY.SHOPCompany / Brand policy
ASC marks identify the company or an authorized relationship with its ecosystem. Third-party use requires prior written approval.
01 / Trademark ownership
America's Supply Chains® and associated ASC names, logos, wordmarks, designs, and program marks are proprietary trademarks of America's Supply Chains, PBC. The America's Supply Chains® mark is federally registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Other marks may be registered or otherwise protected under applicable law.
No license or right to use an ASC mark arises merely because a product is listed, a service is purchased, a membership is active, or a business communicates with ASC. Authorization must be express and in writing.
02 / Who may apply
Products listed through ASC or an ASC-authorized commerce site, and approved suppliers participating in the ecosystem.
Businesses, institutions, and service providers operating under a current written agreement with ASC.
Active members or service recipients whose specific proposed use has been separately reviewed and approved.
Organizations authorized for a defined project, event, distribution channel, or co-marketing activity.
03 / What an approved mark communicates
ASC may authorize a designated corporate mark or ecosystem participation mark to identify a verified commercial, service, membership, or partnership relationship. When factually accurate, approved wording may state that a product is listed within the ASC commerce ecosystem or distributed through an ASC-supported commerce channel.
Important: An ASC mark does not, by itself, certify or guarantee product safety, quality, performance, regulatory compliance, legal compliance, country of origin, marketability, or governmental approval.
04 / Permitted uses after approval
Approved product packaging, labels, inserts, and product-detail pages. Final artwork must be submitted before printing or publication.
Company websites, brochures, presentations, trade-show materials, and other communications within the approved scope.
Approved digital advertisements, social-media posts, marketplace content, and joint marketing materials.
Exact statements supplied or approved by ASC that accurately describe listing, distribution, membership, service, or partnership status.
05 / Conditions of use
Permission is limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable. ASC may withdraw permission when use is misleading, outside scope, or harmful to the brand.
Do not redraw, crop, rotate, recolor, distort, animate, combine, or add words or symbols to an ASC mark unless the written approval expressly allows it.
The user's own name and brand must remain prominent. The ASC mark may not imply that ASC manufactures, sells, owns, or controls the user's product or organization.
Use must cease when the applicable listing, agreement, membership, service, project, or authorization period ends, unless ASC approves an extension in writing.
06 / Prohibited claims
Unless ASC provides separate written authorization supported by appropriate substantiation, users may not state or imply: “ASC Certified,” “ASC Approved Product,” “Certified by America's Supply Chains,” “Guaranteed by ASC,” “USPTO Approved,” “U.S. Government Approved,” “FDA Approved,” “FDA Certified,” “Made in USA,” “Compliant with All U.S. Laws,” or “Official Product of America's Supply Chains.”
U.S. Agents™ membership or service participation does not constitute governmental licensure, regulatory approval, product certification, or endorsement by the FDA or any other government agency.
07 / User responsibility
Authorization to use an ASC mark does not constitute a certification, warranty, or guarantee. Each authorized user remains solely responsible for its products, services, claims, labeling, advertising, substantiation, and legal and regulatory obligations.
ASC may require supporting documents, corrective changes, removal of materials, or evidence that discontinued packaging and advertisements are no longer being distributed.
Submit the proposed mark, product or service, exact wording, artwork, placement, media, territory, and intended use period for review.
